| Executive Director | Our Executive Director is Linda Barr. Linda was at the first Steering Committee
Meeting in 1984 and took the first Volunteer Training in April of 1986.
She began volunteering as a peer counselor and was asked in August of
that year to be the Assistant Director (a volunteer position) which
she accepted. She continued serving as a volunteer peer counselor as
well as filling in as Interim Director over the next four years. In
September of 1990, she accepted the position of Executive Director in
which she continues to serve. Linda has a background in Early Childhood Education with a Bachelor's degree from Shippensburg University. Following her graduation, she served as the Executive Director of the Jack and Jill Day Care in Shippensburg, PA until 1982. She and her husband, Burns, reside in Chambersburg and have two adult children. They attend Grace Baptist Church in Chambersburg. |
| Chambersburg Center Director | Our Chambersburg Center Director is Kim Maun. Kim was called to the ministry in the fall
of 2006 as a volunteer and ws hired as Center Director in March of 2007.
Kim and her husband, Bryan, live in Greencastle. They have one daughter, adopted from China, and are pursuing the adoption of their second daughter, this time from Liberia. With the adoption stories of her daughters, Kim feels she brings first hand experience of the option of adooptin to this ministry. Kim and her family attend the Macedonia United Brethren Church in Greencastle, where she teaches a middle school Sunday School class. |

| Waynesboro Center Director | Our Waynesboro Center Director is Pat Wingert. Pat was called to the ministry
and was hired as Center Director in 1998. She and her husband, Larry, reside in Greencastle. They have one daughter in college and 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren from their blended family. They attend Otterbein United Brethren in Christ, where Pat is very active with the church choir and Praise Team. |
| Shippensburg Center Director | Robin Kell took over as Shippensburg Center Director in June of 2005 when Lynne Sheppard retired. Robin began volunteering as a peer counselor at the Waynesboro Center in 2001. In 2002 she was hired as the Ministry's Secretary/Bookkeeper. In May 2005 the Lord called Robin to our Shippensburg center. Robin and her husband, Randy, reside in Greencastle and have two adult children. They attend Macedonia United Brethren Church in Greencastle. |
| Abstinence Education Coordinator | Sherry Cline is our Abstinence Education Coordinator. Sherry began volunteering
as a peer counselor at the Waynesboro Center in 1993. In 1996 she was
hired as the Waynesboro Center Director. With a heart and a gift to
reach out to young people with the message of abstinence, she accepted
her current position in 1997. Sherry graduated from Waynesboro Senior High in 1989 and married Eric in 1990. She worked in administrative support at Fort Ritchie, Camp LeJeune and Letterkenny Army Depot until the birth of their first child, Tracie. Fulfilled in being a stay-at-home mom yet looking to be pro-active, she starting volunteering at PMI. Along with being PMI's Abstinence Education Coordinator, Sherry is also President of the Franklin County Pennsylvanians for Human Life and Coordinator of the Back to School Prayer Services. Sherry and her husband, Eric, reside in Waynesboro. They have 3 elementary age children which keep Eric and Sherry busy with gymnastics, baseball, T-ball and softball! They attend Lifegate Ministries in Waynesboro. |
| Ministry Secretary/Bookkeeper | Charlotte Davis joined us in October of 2007, replacing Pam Raynor as the Secretary/Bookkeeper. She has a degree in Paralegal Studies, a background in banking, and several years of office experience.
Charlotte and her husband, Michael, along with their son Jaden live in Chambersburg and attend King Street United Brethren in Christ Church. |
| Walk for Life Coordinator | Donna Peiffer joined the ministry in January of 2006 as "walk for life" Coordinator. Donna comes to us with experience in organization and administration. Being an adopted child from ten months old, Donna brings heart and first hand experience of a viable option to an unwanted pregnancy.
Donna and her husband, Mark, live in Fayetteville and are active at New Guilford BIC. They have three adult sons and 4 grandchildren. |
| Nurse Manager | Kimberly Young is our Nurse Manager. She oversees the ultrasound program and performs
limited obstetrical ultrasound scans for women in their first or second trimester
of pregnancy. Kim accepted the position in April of 2006.
Kim is a registered nurse, with a Bachelor?s of Science in Nursing from the University of MD at Baltimore. Following her graduation, she served in the US Army Nurse Corps for 5 years, specializing in OB/GYN nursing. She has a background in orthopedics, school health, dermatology, forensic nursing, labor and delivery and clinical OB/GYN. Her ultrasound training is from the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) and Sonography Now. Kim, her husband Mark, and their two sons are transplants from the Washington, DC area. They live in the Fayetteville area and attend the Mount Pleasant Church, where Mark is the Music and Worship Pastor. |
