Executive Director Our Executive Director is Linda Barr. Linda was at the first Steering Committee Meeting in 1984 and took the first Volunteer Training in April of 1986. She began volunteering as a peer counselor and was asked in August of that year to be the Assistant Director (a volunteer position) which she accepted. She continued serving as a volunteer peer counselor as well as filling in as Interim Director over the next four years. In September of 1990, she accepted the position of Executive Director in which she continues to serve.
Linda has a background in Early Childhood Education with a Bachelor's degree from Shippensburg University. Following her graduation, she served as the Executive Director of the Jack and Jill Day Care in Shippensburg, PA until 1982.
She and her husband, Burns, reside in Chambersburg and have two adult children. They attend Grace Baptist Church in Chambersburg.
Chambersburg Administrative Center Director Joan Lindenmuth is our Chambersburg Administrative Director. She began working at Pregnancy Ministries in Chambersburg in February, 2009. She works in the office and also counsels at the center. Joan past experiences has been working at the Washington County Hospital in the Behavioral Services as an Administrative Assistance and working 11 years at Broadfording Christian Academy as a Business Manager. She also works as a Dental Assistant for our military men who serve our country. She and her husband reside in Chambersburg and have three grown children and three grandchildren-all boys. She and her husband attend Grace Baptist Church in Chambersburg.
Chambersburg Client Services Director Laura has done data entry for Manpower and Keystone Fruit Marketing in Greencastle as well as office and aide work in the Greencastle Schools. Laura lives in Greencastle with her husband and two children. They are active members at Greencastle United Methodist Church.
Waynesboro Assistant Director Our Waynesboro Assistant Director is Laura Gross. She started working here part-time after the birth of her son Elijah. She attends Otterbein Church in Waynesboro along with her husband David. They met while attending college at Cedarville University in Ohio. She enjoys watching Mary Poppins with her son, eating vegetarian, and taking long walks on the beach with her husband.
Shippensburg Center Director Robin Kell took over as Shippensburg Center Director in June of 2005 when Lynne Sheppard retired.
Robin began volunteering as a peer counselor at the Waynesboro Center in 2001. In 2002 she was hired as the Ministry's Secretary/Bookkeeper. In May 2005 the Lord called Robin to our Shippensburg center. Robin and her husband, Randy, reside in Greencastle and have two adult children. They attend Macedonia United Brethren Church in Greencastle.
Waynesboro Center Director & Abstinence Education Coordinator Sherry Cline is our Abstinence Education Coordinator. Sherry began volunteering as a peer counselor at the Waynesboro Center in 1993. In 1996 she was hired as the Waynesboro Center Director. With a heart and a gift to reach out to young people with the message of abstinence, she accepted her current position in 1997.
Sherry graduated from Waynesboro Senior High in 1989 and married Eric in 1990. She worked in administrative support at Fort Ritchie, Camp LeJeune and Letterkenny Army Depot until the birth of their first child, Tracie. Fulfilled in being a stay-at-home mom yet looking to be pro-active, she starting volunteering at PMI. Along with being PMI's Abstinence Education Coordinator, Sherry is also President of the Franklin County Pennsylvanians for Human Life and Coordinator of the Back to School Prayer Services.
Sherry and her husband, Eric, reside in Waynesboro. They have 3 elementary age children which keep Eric and Sherry busy with gymnastics, baseball, T-ball and softball! They attend Lifegate Ministries in Waynesboro.
Secretary/Bookkeeper Elayne studied at Lee University and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She is married to Dave, and they have an adopted son, named Joshua who is 10 years old. They are in the process of adopting a 6 year old boy & an 8 year old girl. Elayne is active with Royal Family Kids Camp for abused & neglected children and she and her husband are the Co-Directors for Teen Reach Adventure Camp for abused & neglected teens. This camp will be the first in Franklin County. She & her husband have been foster parents for 6 years. They attend First Assemly of God in Greencastle.
Walk for Life Coordinator Donna Peiffer joined the ministry in January of 2006 as "walk for life" Coordinator. Donna comes to us with experience in organization and administration. Being an adopted child from ten months old, Donna brings heart and first hand experience of a viable option to an unwanted pregnancy.
Donna and her husband, Mark, live in Fayetteville and are active at New Guilford BIC. They have three adult sons and 4 grandchildren.
Nurse Manager Cindy Booher is the Nurse Manager at Pregnancy Ministries. She does the ultrasounds in the Chambersburg office and will be doing STI testing and treatment at the Shippensburg office. She is an RN with experience in Long-term care, pediatrics and Home Care. Cindy attends New Guilford BIC. She and her husband Stan live in Fayetteville and have three grown children and six grandchildren. The highlight of her job is being able to show a mother her baby because life speaks for itself. Her hobbies are reading, knitting and bead work.

Greencastle Center Director Tina Nunemaker is the Greencastle Center Director. Tina has a bachelors degree in Bible with an emphasis on Biblical Counseling from Lancaster Bible College. She started volunteering in the Clothing Closet in Waynesboro in 2003. In the fall of 2007 she took a temporary director's position with the Greencastle Center and settled into a permanent position during the plans to open our new office space there. Tina lives in Greencastle with her husband, Lee, and together they homeschool their four sons. They are actively involved at Otterbein United Brethren in Christ Church in Greencastle.
